‍At Sopheap Nhem Art, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your artwork. We understand that occasionally a purchase may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines our returns and exchanges procedures.

Returns

• Eligibility: Artworks may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@sopheapnhem.org, providing your order number and details of the artwork you wish to return.
• Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned artwork, we will notify you via email about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

• Eligibility: We only exchange artworks if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email contact@sopheapnhem.org with your order number and a detailed description and photo of the damage.
• Exchange Process: Exchanges must be approved by us before sending the artwork back. Unapproved exchanges will not be accepted.

Shipping for Returns/Exchanges

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Shipping Address: Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Non-Returnable Items

• Exceptions: Customized or commissioned artworks cannot be returned or exchanged.
